Top quality, the fit and finish are very nice. Very well-designed great materials and worth the money. The installation instructions are not so great. They look like a photo negative covered with sand. There is no text to assist you. It took me just over four hours to install them. Do yourself a favor and familiarize yourself with how the electrical connectors are removed and disconnected. They are a little hard to work with if you have fat fingers like me. If you are not mechanically inclined let your dealer or a bike shop install them. Finally buy them they are well built.
First off, the quality is supreme the parts are well machines and heavy duty for sure. These things look like they could handle a crash at speed. I have two issues; the installation instructions absolutely suck!!!!! The images are grainy and there is no written text. Come on guys give a video or at lease graphics I can see. Second It comes with stainless steel hardware. I am an aircraft designer and I know you don't use stainless steel hardware in an aluminum interface. You will never get these out once they are torqued and in for a while. At lease suggest the use of an anti-seize and a revised torque setting for the use with ant-seize lubricant. Also, you have to remove two engine mounting bolts. I think, because the instruction are so bad. Will this void my warranty? Call you dealer and ask or have them install them if you are not sure. Although the parts are quality the crappy instruction and lack proper forward thinking make me give them a 3. This is sad because the parts are so nice.
